These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Tantra Jungle.

By booking or participating in any session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Tantra Selva offers body-based and energetic ritual experiences focused on grounding, sensory awareness and relaxation.

The services provided are:

• Non-sexual

• Not therapeutic or medical

• Not a substitute for professional healthcare, psychotherapy or medical treatment

2. Eligibility

To participate in a session, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be mentally and emotionally capable of giving informed consent

• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or substances during the session

Tantra Selva reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these conditions.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

All sessions are booked through the official booking process provided on the website or via direct communication.

A session is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and availability has been confirmed by the facilitator.

4. Payment & Deposit

• The full price of the session is clearly stated on the website.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50 € is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is paid according to the instructions provided after confirmation.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Tantra Selva reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the deposit may be transferred to a future session.

6. Boundaries of the Service

Tantra Jungle sessions are conducted within clear professional boundaries.

The following are not permitted:

• Sexual requests or advances

• Romantic expectations

• Inappropriate physical or verbal behavior

• Requests outside the scope of the agreed service

Any behavior that violates these boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Client Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and energetic experience

• You will communicate clearly if you feel discomfort or wish to stop the session

• You understand that emotional or energetic responses may arise

Tantra Jungle is not responsible for personal interpretations or outcomes following a session.

8. Facilitator’s Right to Refuse or Stop a Session

The facilitator reserves the right to:

• Refuse a booking

• Interrupt or end a session at any time

This may occur if boundaries are crossed, if safety is compromised, or if the facilitator feels the session is no longer appropriate.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information and session-related content are treated as strictly confidential.

No personal data or session details will be shared without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

10. Health Disclaimer

You confirm that you do not have any medical or psychological condition that would make participation unsafe, or that you have consulted a qualified professional if necessary.

Tantra Selva does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tantra Selva and its facilitator are not liable for:

• Physical, emotional or psychological reactions arising during or after a session

• Personal interpretations or decisions made following the experience

Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13. Acceptance

By booking a session with Tantra Selva, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
